What does “free website” actually mean?
There is no design charge for your website and no payment to request your private Version 1 preview. Launching it with AISAM requires a paid service plan and its one-time setup fee.
What does AISAM cost?
Essentials: $249 setup, then $199/month. Growth: $499 setup, then $499/month. Setup is due when you approve your private preview and purchase; monthly service starts when your website launches. Both are month-to-month.
Do I have to replace my POS?
No. AISAM works alongside the systems your staff already know. We are not a POS, a POS connector or a kitchen hardware provider.
Who owns the website and domain?
Your domain stays yours. Website ownership is earned after 12 continuous paid service months. That is not a mandatory 12-month contract — service is month-to-month.
How do I get started?
Choose Start My Free Website, tell us about your restaurant, share what we need for your first version, then review your private preview. Choose a plan only when you are ready.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. An optional Full AISAM Demo (about 15 minutes) explains the system, and a live Website & Growth Review is optional too. Neither is required to request your free website.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Setup is non-refundable once work begins.
Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?
No. We don’t promise rankings, revenue or virality. We show the work completed and the guest actions your connected system can actually verify.
Can I ask for revisions to the preview?
The private preview is a frozen first version. Owner-requested revisions happen during paid finalization after you choose a plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Service is month-to-month. After termination you have a 30-day window to export your data and guest contacts.
